We want you to understand that in order to make this happen, we all need to work together in one direction. Lets start by explaing our policies.

Now that your seriously looking for a venue for your wedding, remember that our company has more to offer than most other similar venues. The lakeside setting alone is priceless.
PRIVACY is yet another value.
To keep this venue running smoothly, we ask that you treat our place like your home.
Our rates change along with available event dates and prices change based on what you want. The best choice is simply e mail us and send us your wish list. We will spell out the answer for each question.
We offer many different wedding packages. Starting from a quaint 3 hour ceremony to a full weekend event. Of course, there will be a difference in cost and services provided. Ceremony Only: This three hour window opens the doors to our estate. Three full hours of magic, use of our indoor wedding chapel, bridal dressing room for brides maids too! Grooms room. He too wants to be ready for you. Two seperate staircases let you meet in the garden or chapel without running into each other before the wedding. Up to 100 chairs provided in the chapel or garden. Music and of course a beautiful guest book to take home. For additional time, please check with your assigned event planner. Cost for this event averages around $950.00. We can also provide a wedding officient, flowers and more. Please ask.

POOL SIDE CEREMONY: We can provide you with a beautiful FLORIDA STYLE poolside ceremony right in our back yard. Room for 120 guests, a full size band, outside catering area, (covering optional ) seating for your guests under the protection of our open air covered patio. Beautiful view of the lake and Floridas natural Majestic Oak trees. Music included, dance area, Full use of inside bar, ( your beverages ) tables, chairs and beautiful guest book to take home. Photographer on site if you elect at a minimal fee. A professional bar tender is also available for an additional $175.00. The three hour pool side ceremony and simple reception will cost $1,450.00 for the wedding ceremony, officiant, music, guest book, chairs, flower boquet for the bride and a ride around the property on the carraige after the wedding. Check with booking to confirm availability well in advance.

CHAPEL WEDDING: Looking for a quaint or grand wedding? We have a nice size chapel right here for your use. Seating for up to 120. Beautifully decorated room and you can also add your own special touch before the wedding if you like. Just a short walk from the main house where you will get ready for YOUR wedding.
Includes Officiant, notary, chairs, alter area and music. Bring a CD if you prefer. Live singers are available and the use of our piano. Cost for the use of the chapel is INCLUDED with the GRAND wedding. Two hour maximum ceremony for $ 750.00

GRAND WEDDING: We offer a very beautiful mansion for you to use entirely. This includes, the chapel, the grounds, lakeside access, horse and carriage use, indoor reception area, outdoor reception area, bar room, kitchen, three master size bedrooms up stairs, catering, music, officiant, pool and other special features. The time frame on the GRAND wedding is 8 hours. From 08:00 to 4:00 or from 6 PM to 2 AM.
This gives you an entire day or evening to really enjoy your wedding in comfort. Chairs, tables, linens, decorating, flowers, wedding cake etc. are additional or you can ask us to assit you with these items individually or as a package. The cost for this service starts at $ 3,500.00 based on features and date of event. A minimum of $3,500.00 allowance for catering but does not include alcohol of any kind. Your welcome to provide your own beverages and use of our bartender for an additional $175.00. Serving from 50 to 120 guests in this area.

MAJESTIC WEDDING
This is similar to the Grand Wedding except the TIME allowance. Based on availability, you can secure the property from 1 PM to 10:00 AM the next day ( Sunday ). This will include all of the Grand Wedding plus full use of the kitchen for catering your own wedding. We supply tables, chairs, music, a wedding guest book, Flowers for the bride and bridesmaids ( 4 ) and of course the full use of the Brides chambers for her to prepare for her wedding later on that evening. The budget for this wedding is $4,800.00. The wedding can be held either in the chapel, main ball room, pool side or near the lake by the gazebo. Catering by us would be determined by your menu and number of guests. Live bands are available for this event.

PRINCESS BRIDE WEDDING Your looking for more time. Many family members on the way. Lets also think about some of your closer family members like your parents etc. We can allow the use of the THREE upstairs rooms for you and your guests for FRIDAY night when you book the Rehersal dinner starting at 6 PM. That gives you an additional 16 hours use of the venue and the rehersal dinner space. If you elect to cater it, you will also need to CLEAN the kitchen as it was before you arrived. Supply all items they need like cups, plates, flat wear, beverages etc. Your event so you decide,
IF you want us to manage the catering or ANY part of your wedding and or event, ask.
The budget for this additional service added to the Majestic wedding will cost around $3,200.00. You supply the beverages in all events along with cups, glassware, plates and kitchen containers etc.

Alcoholic beverage policy; We do not serve alcohol. You are responsible to serve your guests with your beverages including cups, ice and content.
Decorations: Guest provides their own decorations. No nails in any wall. Your own wedding cake, safety code decorations only, No rice, seed, confetti.
Outside vendors: Submit your list of vendors you choose or use our list.
Copy Rights: P.P. reserves the rights to use any photos taken by any photographer on site and or use any photo for any reason without limitation.
Smoking. Designated areas so posted. NO smoking near the barn.No smoking in the house or covered areas please.
Theft or loss of any kind: P.P. cannot assume any responsibility for anything missing for any reason. P.P. does not assume any liability for any injury.
Cancellation policy. There is no refund made to anyone if they cancel any booking etc. RE the Estate or any issues with P.P.
